PPI has worked with a major transport consultancy helping to select future senior leaders to join their Executive Board. Using a powerful psychometric instrument called the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis from MRG we were able to collate 360 degree feedback from the future leader’s direct reports, peers and own team leader and generate a detailed leadership profile for each candidate. These profiles were discussed with the candidates themselves providing valuable coaching and development for each of them. The profiles and associated interview notes also enabled the senior leaders to select the most appropriate candidates for the Executive Board using their own knowledge of individual’s performance combined with detailed objective and analytical information from the psychometric instrument.
