Some examples of our training
Negotiation Skills: A pharmaceutical company needed to train senior employees across many Eastern European countries to negotiate effectively for price reimbursement for their new products. We designed several training events involving realistic mock negotiations to achieve this – with significant success.
Consultancy Skills: A dynamic strategic insights consultancy wanted to upskill its highly qualified employees in the skills of building rapport, networking and successful client engagement. We designed several intense and practical sessions to support this need and have been asked to continue to lead such events for over four years.
Performance Management: A medium-sized company wanted to develop a new set of competencies for use in recruitment and development that were understandable and relevant to employees at all levels. We led focus groups to identify the competencies and wrote them in easy to understand language. We have also designed performance appraisal schemes for several years.
Leadership Development: A charity wanted to help its newly appointed leaders to be more effective in handling day to day performance interactions. We delivered a simple ‘no frills’ leadership programme to achieve this which has now been repeated three times.
Communication skills: A major pharmaceutical company wanted to train future opinion leaders to design and present scientific posters that had impact and attracted positive reviews. We led a piece of interactive training for several cohorts of doctors that enabled them to practise the skills and improve their presentations.
Effective senior relationships: A global clinical trials company wanted one of its senior executives to develop interpersonal and influencing skills with senior peers. Through 360-degree feedback and one to one coaching the individual developed greater self-awareness and strategies for significantly improving peer relationships.
Strategy Day: A leading pharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing organisation wanted to align its senior team around a strategy for success. We designed and facilitated a two-day meeting to achieve this with successful outcomes.
Team Day: The Chief Executive of a Christian centre committed to ‘whole person care’ wanted to build a stronger leadership team. We developed a day of focused activities that enabled senior team members to work more effectively and purposefully together.
